Check before powering on
1、Power supply line: no serious bending, no breakage, no disconnection;
2, power supply line connection: press the plug to ensure a firm connection;
3, control signal line: interface connection is firm, no loose.
Water circuit inspection
1、According to the chiller capacity to add pure water (ambient temperature below 5 ℃, need to add antifreeze);
2、After turning on the power supply of the chiller, it is necessary to check whether there is leakage or seepage of water in the pipeline joints of the chiller;
3、Check whether there is water leakage and water seepage at the connection between the cutting head and the optical fiber;
4、Check whether the chiller of the laser cutting machine has alarm phenomenon, whether the compressor is working normally, whether the filter is cleaned in time.
Air circuit checking
1、Airway pipeline: no damage, no blockage, good airtightness;
2、Tighten the joints of each airway pipe to ensure a firm and smooth connection;
3、Is the pressure gauge normal;
Use the gas that meets the standard according to the requirements of the equipment dealer.
Power on the machine
1、According to the operation manual, turn on the power supply of the control cabinet and the system power supply in turn, check whether the industrial control machine is normally energized and whether the display is normally lit;
2、Turn on the power supply of the machine tool, check whether there is abnormal noise in the machine tool, whether there is obvious whistling sound at each motor or transmission, and whether the emergency stop switch is functioning;
3、Check whether the copper nozzle, protective lens, ceramic body, high temperature line is clean, complete and secure;
4、Open the calibration interface, do a floating head calibration.
Optical path check
1、Turn on the red indicator light, put a piece of white paper under the cutting nozzle, and check whether there are obvious black spots or gaps in the red light;
2、Check whether the drawer protection lens pan plug ring (white elastic seal) is loose;
3、Adjust the coaxiality and perpendicularity of the spot cutting head.
Test cut
1、Before cutting, you must check whether the copper nozzle model corresponds to the plate, press the blow button to check whether the high-pressure air, nitrogen, oxygen is normal;
2、Arbitrarily draw two simple graphics in the software, debugging the parameters out of the light for cutting;
3、Check the running size and width under the condition of ensuring no error in cutting quality.
When you complete the above test, the laser cutting machine can be normal processing.
