First, Ensure that the chassis airtight
Chassis closed design, and the installation of chassis air conditioning or dehumidifier, its purpose is to ensure that the chassis components in a relatively stable and safe temperature and humidity environment. If the chassis is not in a closed state, the chassis outside the high temperature and high humidity of the air will be able to enter the chassis inside, in the case of internal water cooling components, it is cold condensation on the surface, may cause damage. So the chassis should pay attention to the following aspects of the inspection of airtightness:
1. Whether each cabinet door exists and is closed tightly.
2. Whether the lifting bolts on the top are tightened.
3. The back of the chassis has not been used to protect the communication control interface cover whether the cover is good, has been used whether fixed.
Second, The water temperature setting
Cooling water temperature on the electro-optical conversion efficiency, stability and dew has a direct impact. Usually, the cooling water temperature is set as follows:
1. Low-temperature water (cooling laser module) water temperature should be set at about 21 degrees Celsius.
2. For more than 2500W laser, deionized DI water (cooling optics) water temperature should be set at 27 degrees to 33 degrees between the temperature should be based on the ambient temperature and humidity to make the appropriate adjustments, usually the higher the ambient temperature, the greater the humidity, the water temperature of the DI water should be increased accordingly, and the basic principle is that the water temperature of the DI water should be above the dew point.
