Son aspect am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 d'utilisation de l'\u00e9quipement, pour r\u00e9aliser la d\u00e9coupe en m\u00eame temps que les travaux de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement, avec un co\u00fbt tr\u00e8s faible, l'utilisation de moteurs import\u00e9s et de machines de transmission guid\u00e9e, une grande pr\u00e9cision de d\u00e9coupe, de faibles co\u00fbts de maintenance et une grande commodit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s'agit ici de comprendre la m\u00e9thode d'entretien de la machine de d\u00e9coupe laser \u00e0 table interchangeable :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-4eefc26e5c143f693041aa29d9d324fb\"><strong>Premi\u00e8rement, s'assurer de l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du ch\u00e2ssis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conception ferm\u00e9e du ch\u00e2ssis et l'installation d'un climatiseur ou d'un d\u00e9shumidificateur sur le ch\u00e2ssis ont pour but de garantir que les composants du ch\u00e2ssis se trouvent dans un environnement relativement stable et s\u00fbr en termes de temp\u00e9rature et d'humidit\u00e9. Si le ch\u00e2ssis n'est pas ferm\u00e9, la temp\u00e9rature et l'humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es de l'air \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur du ch\u00e2ssis pourront p\u00e9n\u00e9trer \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du ch\u00e2ssis, et dans le cas des composants internes de refroidissement par eau, la condensation froide sur la surface peut causer des dommages. Le ch\u00e2ssis doit donc pr\u00eater attention aux aspects suivants de l'inspection de l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. V\u00e9rifier si chaque porte d'armoire existe et si elle est bien ferm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. V\u00e9rifier si les boulons de levage de la partie sup\u00e9rieure sont bien serr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau de refroidissement est r\u00e9gl\u00e9e comme suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Eau \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature (refroidissement du module laser) La temp\u00e9rature de l'eau doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 21 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pour les lasers de plus de 2500W, la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau d\u00e9sionis\u00e9e DI (optique de refroidissement) doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e entre 27 et 33 degr\u00e9s entre la temp\u00e9rature et l'humidit\u00e9 ambiantes pour effectuer les ajustements appropri\u00e9s, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus la temp\u00e9rature ambiante est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus l'humidit\u00e9 est importante, la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau DI doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence, et le principe de base est que la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau DI doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure au point de ros\u00e9e.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exchange table laser cutting machine is the use of fiber optic generator as the main tool laser cutting machine, through the CNC system to achieve automatic cutting.
