Cleaning of guide rail
(It is recommended to clean once every half month, shut down operation) Guide rail and linear shaft as one of the core components of the equipment, its function is to guide and support. In order to ensure high machining accuracy of the machine, it is required that its guide rail and straight line have high guiding accuracy and good motion stability. During the operation of the equipment, due to the large amount of corrosive dust and smoke produced by the workpiece during processing, these smoke and dust are deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion points on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail to shorten the service life of the equipment. In order to make the machine work normally and stably and ensure the processing quality of the product, it is necessary to carefully do the daily maintenance of the guide rail and the linear shaft.
Water replacement and water tank cleaning
Suggestion: Clean the tank and replace the circulating water once a week
Note: Ensure that the laser tube is full of circulating water before the machine works.
The water quality and water temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube, it is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35 ° C. If more than 35℃ need to replace the circulating water, or add ice to the water to reduce the temperature of the water, (it is recommended that the user choose a cooling machine, or use two water tanks).
Clean the water tank: First turn off the power, unplug the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube automatically flow into the water tank, open the water tank, take out the pump, and remove the dirt on the pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, restore the pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connected to the pump into the water inlet, and arrange the joints. Power the pump separately and run it for 2-3 minutes (to fill the laser tube with circulating water).
Fan cleaning
The use of the fan for a long time will accumulate a lot of solid dust in the fan, make the fan produce a lot of noise, and is not conducive to exhaust and odor removal. When the fan suction is insufficient and the smoke is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe on the fan, remove the dust inside, and then turn the fan upside down, and pull the wind blade inside until it is clean, and then install the fan.
Lens cleaning
(It is recommended to clean before work every day, and the equipment must be turned off) There are 3 mirrors and 1 focusing mirror on the metal laser cutting machine, and the laser is reflected and focused through these lenses and emitted from the laser head. The lens is easy to catch dust or other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage, No. 1 and No. 2 lens cleaning do not take off, just dipped in cleaning liquid lens paper carefully along the center of the lens to the edge of the rotation wipe. The No. 3 lens and focusing mirror need to be removed from the frame, wiped in the same way, and installed back after wiping.
Attention:
The lens should be gently wiped, do not damage the surface coating;
The wiping process should be handled gently to prevent falling; After the movement system works for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the movement joint will be loosened, which will affect the smoothness of the mechanical movement, so in the operation of the machine, it is necessary to observe whether the transmission parts have abnormal sounds or abnormal phenomena, and to find problems to be firm and maintained in time.
Inspection of light path
The optical path system of the metal laser cutting machine is completed by the reflection of the mirror and the focus of the mirror. In the optical path, the focusing mirror does not have the offset problem, but the three mirrors are fixed by the mechanical part, and the possibility of offset is greater. Although it is usually not offset, it is recommended that the user be sure to check whether the optical path is normal before each work.
