1. Every working day, you must clean the machine and the guide rail to keep the bed clean, turn off the air source and power supply at the end of the day, and empty the remaining air in the machine’s pipe belt.
2. If you leave the machine for a long time, turn off the power supply to prevent non-professional operation.
3. Observe the machine horizontal and vertical guide rails and rack surface with or without lubricant to keep it well lubricated!
4. Replace the circulating water and clean the water tank: Please make sure the laser tube is full of circulating water before the machine works. The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affects the service life of the laser tube. Therefore, the circulating water must be replaced regularly and the water tank must be cleaned regularly. It is best to do this once a week.
5, fan cleaning: the long-term use of the fan of this machine will lead to the fan accumulation of a large amount of solid dust, so that the fan produces a lot of noise, which is not conducive to smoke exhaust deodorization. When the fan suction is not enough, the exhaust is not smooth, the fan should be cleaned.
6, lens cleaning: there will be some reflectors and focusing lens on the machine. The laser is reflected and focused through these lenses, and then emitted from the laser hair. The lens is susceptible to dust or other contaminants, which can lead to laser loss or lens damage. So the lenses should be cleaned daily.
