Safety Operation
First the working table will be metal table(which should be supplied by customer locally)
Second: there’s a button on cutting head to control the laser beam
Third: there’s a clamp in circle(there’s very weak current between it and working table, only in the condition when the clamp is connected with working table, control button is pressed, and nozzle touches the metal table or metal material, the circuit will be looped, then the laser beam will come out, even the button is pressed but not touch material or table, there’ll be no laser beam out either.
Feeding Tube and Wire
Feeding tube is 3m as standard in machine, 5m and 10m tube optional
• 3m feeding tube suitable for 0.8-1.6mm wire
• 5m feeding tube suitable for 1.0-1.6mm wire
• 10m feeding tube suitable for 1.6 and 2mm wire
Feeding Wire:
• Wire for 1500W welding machine is max till 1.6mm
• Wire for 2000W welding machine is max till 2.0mm
• 3Kw double wire feeding, if two wires use then wire diameter is recommended<= 1.6mm
