Cutting samples and applications:
Machine frame design:
● Back side is higher than front side, this design to allow the machine to be easily equipped with semi-automatic loading device without any modifications.
● Driving components on both sides are protected by bellow covers to avoid slugs and dusts from going inside and affecting the operation precision.
Gantry structure for X axis:
● X axis movement is based on gantry structure with robust design, more stable than cantilever structure that is very popular in X axis design of laser tube cutting machines.
